The Quick Access Toolbar is a convenient place to add your favorite commands because they will always stay visible no matter where you are on the Ribbon. By default, the Quick Access Toolbar is located at the top of the page, and contains commands like Save, Undo, and Redo. Of course, the one drawback to this method is that using the macro removes the use of the undo function so if you make a mistake you'll either have to change it manually or return to your last saved version.If you’re not familiar with this toolbar, it resides in the top left corner just above the ribbon.
